Starter US$99, Growth US$399 and Enterprise US$1,999 per month, in US dollars. Each feature on the Plans page is marked as available now, or planned and not delivered yet.
Subscriptions are monthly, paid by card through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. The company administrator links their account and subscribes on the Billing page. The workspace opens only after Stripe confirms the payment. It stays open until the end of the period you paid for (the paid-through date).
If a renewal payment fails, the paid-through date does not move. Once the period ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Billing stays open to the administrator so payment can be restored.
The administrator's Manage subscription button opens Stripe's page for the subscription, where you can update your card, see invoices or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month already paid. Access continues until then. Plans can't be switched there: cancel, then subscribe to the other plan. Your data is not deleted when you cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals. There is no partial refund for the month already paid.
